CST 491: INTERCULTURAL CONFLICT, NEGOTIATION, & TRANSFORMATION

Dr. Jeff Kerssen-Griep (CST - UP) & Rev. Dr. Gary Mason (Rethinking Conflict - Belfast)

Rooted in intercultural communication and peace studies, this co-taught, 15-week spring 2020 CST course at UP in Portland explores what’s known about negotiating conflicts across culturally diverse perspectives. It provides opportunities – including firsthand, with co-teaching from experts overseas – to develop your abilities to understand and engage in effective conflict management across cultural boundaries.
